US-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement (FTA)
The recently enacted US Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the Kingdom of Bahrain has established a favorable framework for American firms to conduct business on equal footing locally. Additional in-country associated benefits such as lower re-export costs and intra-Gulf free trade and tariff incentives provide a strategic advantage for companies looking to establish regional manufacturing, servicing and distribution facilities in the region.
